Handling and Dispatch Times
Any orders placed by credit or debit card before 1 pm Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched on the same day (if you need an order sent out after 1pm please call 01264 359984 to see if we are able to do so), after 1 pm and weekends we will dispatch next working day. If you choose one of the other payment methods your order will be usually be sent the day after payment clears.
Please note that we are advised by our bank to allow 10 days after banking personal cheques to ensure that they clear. Therefore please allow at least 14 working days from posting your cheque. Orders paid for by bankers draft or postal order will considered as paid once the cheque or postal order arrives at our premises.
We try very hard to make sure that we're not listing anything that we don't actually have in stock, so in almost all cases everything you can see is in stock.
If for any reason we've made a mistake and we don't have something you've ordered we will let you know as soon as possible by email.
Delivery Times
When you are choosing your delivery option you may find the following information useful:
UK Delivery
In the vast majority of cases orders sent within the UK mainland by first class post arrive on the first working day after they are dispatched, however Royal Mail cannot guarantee this.
If you want to be more certain about receiving your order in time for a special event you should choose the Delivery by Courier options as these should arrive before 6pm or 12 noon (if available) respectively Monday to Friday (However please bear in mind that during busy periods such as Christmas delays are not uncommon). In most cases postage packages sent on a Friday do arrive on a Saturday but again this is not guaranteed.

Off-Shore, North and South Ireland Delivery:
Orders are dispatched just as quickly as all other orders but delivery times vary between location, please allow at least 3 days for your order to arrive.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with an item once you've received it, return it within 14 days of the date you received it for an exchange or a refund. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days from the date it was delivered. Special dispensation can be made for gifts, please contact us at sales@absealantsltd.com first to request this. Any items listed at a discounted or sale price are exchange only.
How to Return/Exchange Items
Send the item(s) back to us together with your full name, address, phone number, e-mail address and details of the items you are returning,the reason for returning them and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Please insure the package with the delivery company and request a proof of delivery or signature confirmation, we cannot be held responsible if your package is lost by the delivery company. ANY ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION! We will not accept returns if they are used or damaged! If we receive a returned item from you that has obviously been used or damaged it will be sent straight back to you and you will be billed for the shipping. In short, you must return the item exactly as it was when you received it.
Restocking Fee
In certain instances we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee, for example if you order the same item in four different sizes and return three of them for a refund. The restocking fee is equal to 30% of the value of the returned goods, we will notify you in writing of our intention to charge a restocking fee and give you the opportunity to exchange the goods instead.
